You can find us just outside Novara, at the very heart of the lands where Gorgonzola DOP is produced. We receive fresh milk every day from small animal farms, where cows graze freely in the meadows. This is why our milk is an ingredient of outstanding quality, which time and our experience then turn into the unmistakable Gorgonzola Baruffaldi.
